1. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel a document order within 2 hours of payment, provided the expert has not yet started the drafting process.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Document Orders: Since these are customized digital products, no refunds are provided once the draft has been shared with the client.
- Consulting Services: If a site visit is cancelled 24 hours in advance, a full refund (minus 5% processing fee) will be issued.
- Failed Transactions: In case of amount deduction without order generation, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days.
3. Process for Refunds
To request a refund, please email us at billing@pnsconsultingservices.com with your Order ID and Payment ID.
